As such, a newly acquired 20,000 sq/ft. facility will become operational in Ellington, CT early September, 2006. This new expansion will house software development and support services, a 24/7 help desk for all software and maintenence call ins, a hardware staging area for customer software loads and pre shipping quality checks of newly ordered hardware, and additional warehouse space for our customers that request spares depot management.
